Yoganandham is Heading the Operations of the Company. In his role he is responsible for;

  • ProjectManagement,ContractsManagement,SupplyChainManagement,Pricing, Customer Service and overall day to day Operations.
  • Coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all industry standards, local regulations, and environmental
  • Planning, budgeting, and scheduling of multiple HDD projects, ensuring all were completed on time and within budget.

Yoganandham has over 20 years of rich overseas & indigenous experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Water Management & Irrigation Projects, Safety Products, Chemical and Oil & Gas Sectors. He has held management positions in Multinational companies and international countries in Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Oman) and Singapore.

Yoganandham holds an MBA from University of Ballarat, Australia. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from India and completed CSCM from ISCEA USA.

Saravanan Govindasamy Santhanakrishnan

Saravanan is the Technical Head for HDD projects and the HDD spares manufacturing division of the company. He is an experienced and highly skilled Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Technical Manager with over 17 years of expertise in leading HDD projects, ensuring quality control, and optimizing drilling processes.

He has a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex underground construction projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Saravanan has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget across a wide range of industries, including utilities, telecommunications, and oil and gas.

Synopsisof HDD Experience:

  • Led and managed the technical aspects of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects, ensuring safe and effective execution of underground utility installations.
  • Supervised a team of engineers, drillers, and technicians to execute HDD operations on projects ranging from small-scale installations to large infrastructure developments.

He has a proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale projects, ranging from pipeline crossings to high-tension cable laying, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision. Anwar has expertise in operating a wide range of HDD equipment, including Ditch Witch, Goodeng, and XCMG machines. He is committed to ensuring smooth on-site operations, delivering projects on time, and minimizing downtime.

Synopsis of HDD Experience:

  • Operated a diverse range of HDD equipment, including Ditch Witch AT4020, Ditch Witch JT2720, Goodeng 45 Ton, Drill 2, XCMG, and Apollo 800, across multiple large-scale projects in the oil & gas, water supply, and utilities sectors.
  • Managed the installation of over 200 km of high-tension cables (11KV, 33KV, and 110KV), ensuring precise execution as per design specifications.
  • Successfully completed over 200 oil and gas pipeline crossings, installing MS pipes up to 350 mm in diameter, ensuring safe and accurate placement under challenging conditions.
